Terms of Service

These terms govern your organization’s use of Swarm, operated by Myrik. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them on behalf of your organization.

The service

Swarm runs AI agents that break down a specification, implement changes across your connected repositories, test and review them, and open pull requests — and, optionally, monitors your log sources to detect and remediate incidents. Swarm proposes changes; you remain responsible for reviewing and merging everything it produces.

Accounts & organizations

• You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
• Organization owners control membership, connected credentials, and settings shared by all members.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for the credentials and repositories you connect.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Swarm against systems, repositories, or accounts you are not authorized to access or modify.
• Attempt to break tenant isolation, access another organization’s data, or probe the platform’s security without authorization.
• Use the service to build or distribute malware, conduct attacks, or violate applicable law.
• Circumvent cost caps, quotas, or rate limits, or resell the service without agreement.

Your content & credentials

You retain all rights to your code, data, and configurations. You grant Myrik the limited right to process them solely to provide the service (including sending relevant content to the model providers you configure). You are responsible for having the rights to connect the repositories and credentials you add.

Third-party services

Swarm relies on third parties (model providers, GitHub, Jira, AWS, and others you configure). Your use of those services through Swarm is also subject to their terms, and their availability and behavior are outside our control. See Sub-processors.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

Swarm is provided “as is.” AI-generated code and remediations may contain errors; you must review them before merging or deploying. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Myrik is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for outcomes arising from changes you accept and ship. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Termination

You may stop using Swarm and request deletion of your data at any time. We may suspend access for violations of these terms or to protect the platform and its tenants.
